About FightMyPark

FightMyPark is a free resource that explains, in plain language, the laws and common industry practices affecting people who live in mobile and manufactured homes across the contiguous United States. The goal is simple: help residents understand how the rules generally work so they can see their situation more clearly.

We are not lawyers, and nothing here is legal advice. Everything on this site is general educational information about how laws and practices tend to work — not guidance for any specific situation. For a specific situation, consider consulting a licensed attorney in your state.

What we do

We read the statutes, quote the controlling language, and link to the official text on each state's own .govsite so you can read it yourself. We explain general concepts, point to the authorities that may apply, and note where other rules — such as a community's own documents or federal law — can also be involved.

What we don't do

We don't interpret anyone's specific documents, we don't tell readers what to do, and we don't act on anyone's behalf. We don't take referral fees and have no financial relationships with parks, dealers, lenders, or law firms. The only information we ask for is an email address, and only if you choose to subscribe.
