State agencies
- Colorado Division of Housing — Mobile Home Parks — runs the Mobile Home Park Act Dispute Resolution and Enforcement Program, registers parks, and takes complaints under the Mobile Home Park Act (C.R.S. §38-12-1104).
- Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) — the parent department of the Division of Housing and the Division of Property Taxation.
- Colorado Division of Property Taxation — oversees the property-tax and certificate-of-permanent-location framework for manufactured homes.
- Colorado Public Utilities Commission — regulates jurisdictional electric, gas, and water utility service and rates.
