State agencies
- Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection — licenses mobile manufactured home parks, prescribes the required disclosure statement, and administers the Mobile Manufactured Homes chapter (Conn. Gen. Stat. ch. 412).
- Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA) — regulates jurisdictional electric, gas, and water utility service and rates.
