State agencies

• Illinois Department of Public Health — Mobile Home Park program — the agency that licenses and inspects mobile home parks under the Mobile Home Park Act (210 ILCS 115).
• Illinois Secretary of State — issues, transfers, and cancels manufactured home certificates of title and records liens.
• Illinois Commerce Commission — regulates public utilities and their retail rates in Illinois.
