State agencies

• Indiana Department of Health — licenses and regulates mobile home communities for health and sanitation (Ind. Code §16-41-27).
• Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles — Titles — issues and retires the certificate of title for a mobile or manufactured home (Ind. Code title 9, art. 17).
• Indiana Department of Local Government Finance — administers mobile home assessment and the moving/transfer permit framework (Ind. Code 6-1.1-7).
• Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission — regulates jurisdictional electric, gas, and water utility service and rates.

Local offices
