State agencies
- Minnesota Driver and Vehicle Services (Dept. of Public Safety) — issues and transfers the certificate of title for a manufactured home and processes the surrender of title on affixation to real property.
- Minnesota Housing Finance Agency — administers the Minnesota Manufactured Home Relocation Trust Fund that can compensate residents when a park closes (Minn. Stat. §327C.095).
- Minnesota Department of Health — Manufactured Home Parks — licenses and inspects manufactured home parks, including the severe-weather shelter or evacuation plan requirement.
