State agencies
- Nevada Manufactured Housing Division (Dept. of Business and Industry) — issues the certificate of ownership (title) for a manufactured home, oversees installation, and administers the manufactured home park program and assistance account.
- Public Utilities Commission of Nevada — regulates jurisdictional electric, gas, and water utilities and their rates.
- Nevada Attorney General — Bureau of Consumer Protection — where Nevada consumers can learn their rights and file a consumer complaint.
