State agencies
- Utah Division of Motor Vehicles — Mobile and Manufactured Homes — titles and registers mobile and manufactured homes and processes affidavits of affixture (Utah Code Title 41, Chapter 1a; Title 70D, Chapter 2).
- Utah State Tax Commission — oversees the property-tax framework that the counties apply to manufactured homes.
- Utah Division of Consumer Protection — takes consumer complaints and provides consumer resources.
- Utah Public Service Commission — regulates jurisdictional electric, gas, and water utility service and rates.
County offices
