  • County clerk, assessor, and treasurer — the county clerk issues and cancels the certificate of title for a mobile home (Wyo. Stat. title 31, ch. 2); the assessor and treasurer assess and collect the property tax (as personal property on a rented lot, or as real estate once affixed).
