State agencies
- Wyoming Department of Revenue — oversees the ad valorem property-tax framework that the counties apply to mobile and manufactured homes (Wyo. Stat. title 39).
- Wyoming Public Service Commission — regulates jurisdictional electric, gas, and water utility service and rates.
Local offices
- County clerk, assessor, and treasurer — the county clerk issues and cancels the certificate of title for a mobile home (Wyo.
